These townhouses backed onto a concrete slab. The slab had hairline cracks, mostly from utility box knock-outs and pipe penetrations. The developer requested Xypex Admix C-1000 but because the topping deck was so thin in many places, the Xypex representative recommended an alternate Xypex system: cracks were treated with Xypex Concentrate, with Xypex DS-1 as the primary waterproofing feature.
